Thank you for booking with Lashnthings for your Holiday lashes. To make sure your event is as successful as possible the below Terms and Conditions will apply to your booking. Please read through these and let us know if you have any questions or concerns.
DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS
1-Check with us your required booking time is available via message: 0273961779
+your full name
+time request (date and time)
+the lash set or brows service
After we check the availability, you can make a deposit.
2-Make a deposit
To confirm a booking we require a minimum deposit of $50 per lash service and $20 per brows service. The deposit is transferred to our bank account:
Reference: your FULL name on the bookings
3-Send the deposit screenshot to email: Lashnthings.firstname.lastname@example.org or instagram message
4-This secures the booking and is redeemed against your bill on the day of your event.
Sometimes things don’t always go to plan, and we understand this.
-Cancel before 72 hours : full refund
-Cancel before 48 hours: 50% refund
-Cancel less than 48 hours: no refund
SERVICE COMMITMENT TIME
If you need lash removal, please attend 20-25 minutes prior your appointment time. Otherwise please attend 10 minutes prior your lash appointments. If you are late more than 10 minutes and we cannot reschedule, we are allowed to cancel your appointment with no refund.
We also recommend that you choose your sets (new set or infill) carefully for your booking to save time on the day, and to guarantee specific service. Before making an appointment, kindly make a call for more lash sets information/appropriate time of new set or infill… 0273961779
We will send you 2-3 days in advance reminder via SMS and Emails. Please let us know of any changes or concern. If you are first time client, please ask and we will be happy to provide more information.
COVID-19 HEATH CARE AND ACCOMODATING QUANTITY
- Stay home or call to reschedule if you are unwell. Cancellation policy is applied even though you are sick; therefore call as soon as you need to.
- Please come alone if you don’t have to bring anyone. We are going to have a lot of visits during this time in the shop.
- To keep every clients’ best relaxation, please do not enter our staffs working area.
- PHONE OFF at all time.
