EYELASH EXTENSIONS
How long does a lash extension last?
Depends on how you look after and experience using lashes. Our regular clients’ lashes last between 3 – 4 weeks time or more. We cannot guarantee how long they last.
This is my first time having lashes, what should I choose?
Usually, first time client can choose natural sets like classic or hybrid.
- Classic is 1:1 application which means one false natural lash is put on one of your natural lashes.
- Hybrid is the individual (classic) lashes combined with 5D volume fans (5 small lashes create a volume fans with a very light weight)
One more option is Light volume which is a bit thicker and long lasting compared with Hybrid. Light volume is about fifty 5D fans applied per eye.
Can I book infil from another lash salons
We love having more clients from anywhere and are happy to take people work. The infill from other lash place will need to be:
- A good 50% amount of a usual new set left on.
- Surcharged $20 on our infill price for the equivalent sets.
- Not guaranteed about retention or the look outcome because the job before that is not from us.
What to avoid after getting lash extensions?
- Avoid getting them wet for up to 24 hours after application.
- Do not rub or touch your eyes.
- Do not swim or sauna/sweating activities
- Do not use oil based products around or on the eyes.
- Do not sleep on your face.
Do you remove lash extensions from another?
Yes we do, it is $30 for removal from another salon. If the removal takes longer than 20 mins, it will be $20 extra.
Why does my extensions not last well?
There are several reasons for this:
- You wet your lashes earlier than 24 hours.
- You have used much oily make up. Even though they are not on your eyes, foundation/BB cream can still make extensions fall out quickly when you are going shower or washing your face.
- You sleep on your face or one side
- You pull/pick your false lashes often.
- You cry for something or have a bad hay fever with irritating eyes.
- Your lashes at the lash shedding time. They grow so quickly; so extensions can hold strong as well as other times.
Do I need to do something before an appointment?
Yes, before coming for lash appointment, you can make it so much better by:
- Removing your make-up at home first, clean your face or wash your hair because you have to avoid your lashes wet first 24 hours
- Wearing comfortable clothes, not too thick to lying down.
- Taking off your contact lens
- Arriving on time – if you are late, we have reduce your lashing time or cancel your appointment
- Bringing your headphone to listening to your music/audio book/podcast
- Setting phone silent
- Booking for a removal if you need it.
Can I reschedule my appointment by myself
Any appointments except Christmas and New Year period are allowed to cancelled or changed prior 24 hours. You can reschedule via email confirmation or kindly text/phone us to help you do that.
Can I have my lashes tint before extensions
No, you shouldn’t. The tint will not let our adhesive bonds the extensions with your natural lashes. As a result, the lashes will fall out quickly. We can let you have lashes tint 3-5 days before you have the extensions done.
What type of lashes do we use?
We are using synthetic lash material.
Can you tell me what ingredients in your adhesive?
Ingredients:
Ethyl-2-Cyanoacrylate
Alkoxy-2-Cyanoacrylate
Polymethyl Methacrylate
Carbon Black
N-Butyl 2-Cyanoacrylate
Hydroquione
Our glue are used for everyone. While there is a strong odor while the adhesive bonds, this glue is free from latex or formaldehyde, which is great for preventing allergic reactions and eye irritation.
Can I bring someone to the lash room?
We would love to have your friends/ family in our workplace. However, we have to refuse for our work focus and avoid bothering other clients. You don’t need to bring your friend inside because you cannot talk to each other anyway. Moreover, we have a waiting room outside with Wi-fi for our guests 🙂
Kids under 5 years old and well-behaved are welcomed to be inside
Is your glue safe and I won’t have any allergic reactions?
After testing for two years and different glue supplies, our current adhesive product is the best safest for eyelash extensions. If you have any concern about skin sensitivity with glues, we would recommend to book a patch test. However, with too natural sensitive eyes and skins, or you have been reacted badly with other salons before, please consider very carefully to have extensions again. We can’t guarantee 100% about irritation or allergy issues.
How often to get lash extensions touched up?
every 2 to 3 weeks
We recommend getting a touch up every 2 to 3 weeks. If you wait too long your eyelash extensions will fall out and you will require a full set. Your natural eyelashes fall off every 45 – 60 days due to the natural growth cycle and are naturally replaced with the growth of a new eyelash.
LASH LIFT
How long does it last?
About 4-8 weeks
Generally, lash lift lasts about 6 weeks but it always not the same for everyone; depending on how much oily products you use or any water/sweating activities
Do lash lifts damage my eyelashes?
All of our AirLift application products are vegan-friendly and cruelty-free.
Our lash lift and tint service takes less than 45 mins treatment time as a result of the new powerful formulated lifting cream and fast setting fixing gel, largely reducing exposure time to chemicals and improving on clients’ comfort. That makes your lashes safely done and not damage.
Is it worth it to get a lash lift and tint
Not like extensions, last lift requires no maintenance during 6-8 weeks, it has become a very popular beauty treatment. Eyelash lift is a great choice for busy people but only after a natural-mascara look, or ones who have long, thick natural lashes already
